Who we are

CompletePicture is a trading name of Beema Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. For data protection purposes we are the controller of the information described on this page. Anything privacy related, email oli@completepicture.ai.

What we collect

• The AI self-check. If you use our AI Management Essentials self-check and choose to leave your details, we collect your name, email address, company name and a snapshot of your answers and score. We use these to share your results and, where it makes sense, follow up with a conversation about them. We rely on your consent for this, and you can withdraw it at any time.
• The AI policy builder. If you build an AI policy and choose to download it, we collect your name, email address, organisation name and the answers you gave to its questions. Those answers describe your organisation, including things you may consider commercially sensitive, such as which AI tools your staff use and whether you currently know. We use them to send you your policy and to understand what organisations in this sector are actually dealing with. We rely on your consent, we say this plainly on the page before you submit anything, and you can withdraw it at any time. Ask us and we will delete the answers and keep nothing but your request. We only send you marketing beyond the policy follow-up if you ticked the box saying you wanted it, and every such email includes a way to stop them.
• Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and our relationship with you. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
• Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which gives us aggregated, anonymised page statistics. It does not use cookies and it does not identify you.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use your information to train AI models.

Where it lives

The website is hosted by Vercel, and details from the self-check and the policy builder are stored with Supabase. Both act as our processors and may process data in the UK, the EU or the United States, relying on the standard safeguards recognised under UK data protection law for international transfers.

How long we keep it

Self-check and policy builder details are kept until they are no longer needed for following up, or until you ask us to remove them. Email correspondence is kept for as long as the relationship needs it. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email oli@completepicture.ai and we will sort it. If you think we have handled your information badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date.
